The festival invites audiences to actively participate in a cross-cultural exploration
of the heart. Researchers and artists from India, Europe, and North America—working across disciplines such as art, philosophy,
cardiology, and quantum physics—present perspectives on the pulsating realities of the heart.
The program explores
rhythmically vibrating matter, from the human heartbeat to cosmic rhythms and the pulse of the Earth.
Two events
take place in cooperation with the Shaken Grounds PEEK research project, hosted by the University of Applied Arts Vienna:
- 9 April, 7:30 pm: Translecture performance by Nikolaus Gansterer (live drawing) and Arno Böhler (text performance),
exploring the heart-mind as a field of resonance, perception, and embodied knowledge.
- 11 April, 3:45 pm: Live performance
by the Shaken Grounds Collective, featuring a collective seismographic live drawing session with live music by Werner Möbius.
