OLS video contest

After the immense success of the OLS video contest,
we are back with its third edition, just in time for the European Day of Languages!
Rules & Prizes
This year’s rules are similar to previous editions and involve mobility
participants creating a fun video (1 to 3 minutes long) speaking in the language of their mobility placement and focusing
on one of the following topics:- Proverbs and sayings,
- Slang, oral or regional expressions, or
- The
day when it all started.
Students are also encouraged to say a bit about how useful
OLS has been for their language learning and provide visual examples of them practicing on OLS.
The participants
with the 10 best videos will be awarded a gift card of €300 from All Aboard, which they
can use to purchase an Interrail/Eurail Global Pass.

How to participate
So how do mobility participants enter the contest? Once they have created their video and made sure it fulfils all
of the requirements, they need to either publish the video on their preferred social media platform or share it through a
file-sharing system of choice.
Lastly, each participant has to fill in the contest’s application form to register
their submission. When filling in the form, participants will also be asked to acknowledge the data privacy notice and provide
their consent for data processing. The deadline for entries is 14:00 CET on 16 December 2024.
